Can I get a refund?
Important: Before you return your parcel, you need to email us at hello@wickandwonder.com
You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. All items must be in the exact same condition as when you received them.
The buyer is responsible for return postage. We’re only able to reimburse postage costs if the product we sent you was faulty or damaged.
This refund policy applies to buyers in the European Union.

- details of the damage
- photographs of the damage
We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible. Refunds and replacements will be provided at our discretion.
